FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: for treatment of central nervous system tumours, blood of the patient is sampled daily during three days in amount 250 ml in sterile bottle with haemosolution, kept at temperature 4-8°C within 3 hours. Then made supernatant plasma is sampled to another sterile bottle with haemosolution, added with carmustine in amount 80 mg/m2 and tenyposide in amount 50 mg/m2, and incubated within 1 hour at temperature 37°C, thereafter intravenously drop-by-drop introduced to the patient. Cell suspension is reinfused. In 4 weeks similar medical actions are repeated.
EFFECT: reduced time of chemotherapy at lowered treatment complications due to reduction of total doses and toxicity of introduced entered chemopreparations.
