FIELD: processes of working by cutting, metal cutting tools.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes tap wrench in which threading die and mechanism for orienting relative to worked tube are mounted. In order to simplify process of manufacturing, mechanism for orienting is in the form of tube piece whose inner diameter are slightly more than outer diameter of worked tube. Said tube piece is mounted coaxially relative to threading die closely to it in second seat of double-seat tap wrench and it is locked by means of screws whose cone ends rest upon edges of opening of said mechanism.
EFFECT: improved design of apparatus.
