FIELD: aircraft industry; other industries.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for shaping the thick-walled laminated products made out of the polymeric composite materials (PCM) and may be used production of constructions of the panelized type, for example, the wing panels, stabilizers, vertical tails of aircrafts, panel of the stable-sized constructions and others. The technical result of the invention is production of the thick-walled products made out of PCM with the homogenous properties along the thickness and volume of the products. The method of production of the laminated hardware products from PCM provides for manufacture of the given quantity of the layers of the prepreg, separation of all quantity of the layers of the prepreg into the packets containing the designed quantity of the layers of the prepreg, the laying of these packets by lamination of the prepregs in the certain order observing the orientation of the fibers. Preliminary compaction and the partial hardening of each of the packets separately on the fitments at the preset pressure and temperature; the consecutive assembly of the all preliminary compacted and partially hardened packets in one common packet and its solidification on the preset regime. At assemblage of the general packet out of the preliminary compacted and partially hardened packets the packets are placed on molding hardware in such a manner that the layers arranged at the stage of the preliminary compaction and the partial hardening of the packets on the side of the fitments appear on the top. At that the assemblage of the general packet is exercised in the reverse succession. As a result of it the last preliminary compacted and partially hardened packet is located on the top with its first layer outside. Solidification of the general packet may be exercised in a vulcanizing heater or a press.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the thick-walled products made out of the polymeric composite materials with the homogenous properties along the thickness and volume of the products.
