FIELD: shaping.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to manufacture load-bearing structures in the aviation, transport, and building industries. Proposed is a method for manufacturing layered tubular products from composite materials based on a non-cured polymer binder, including heat-shrinking of the process layers of prepreg and polyamide tape on tooling. Before applying the layers of prepreg, the tooling 1 is coated with a layer of a parting liquid 2 with a friction coefficient in the range of 0.05 to 0.1 and heated to the temperature of the transition of the binder to the state of viscous flow. The layers of prepreg 3 are wound on the tooling with a force of 10 to 30 N, wherein each subsequent layer after application is rolled over the last one. Prior to winding a layer of heat-shrinking polyamide tape 6, sacrificial fabric 4 is laid over the layers of prepreg, and then the tooling is wrapped in a drainage-absorbent material 6. The assembled preform is held in the temperature conditions until the binder is fully polymerised.

EFFECT: increase in the strength of layered tubular products with a reduction in the power consumption and labour intensity in the production thereof.
