FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: on the full-size mould the prepreg of inner bearing layer from the rated quantity of layers of layered composite material in the form of the filler impregnated with binder is placed. The sound-absorbing filler is placed and fixed with wrapping, the prepreg of strengthening zones and the external bearing layer from the rated quantity of layers of composite material in the form of the filler impregnated with binder are placed. Before the solidification mode on prepreg of strengthening zones the elastically deformable element the geometry of which corresponds to the geometry of zones of strengthening, is placed and fixed. On complete surface of the structure the drainage package is installed, which forms elastic shell and the simultaneous mode of solidification is conducted at pressure and temperature the value of which is not less than the temperature of expansion of material of the elastically deformable element.

EFFECT: improvement of strength characteristics and their stability, reliability and quality of the structure, and also expansion of process capabilities at formation of zones of strengthening of complex configurations.
