SACCAROMYCES SP. AND PSEUDOMONAS SP. STRAIN MICROORGANISMS, USES THEREOF AS DECOMPOSERS IN BIOREMEDIATION OF OIL-CONTAMINATED ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTS AND ASSOCIATIONS BASED ON THE SAME Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C12N1/26 C12N1/20 C12N1/14 C12R1/38 C12R1/85

Abstract RU 2272071 C2

FIELD: microbiological industry, bioremediation of oil-contaminated environmental objects and water waste.

SUBSTANCE: strains contained in association are capable of oil utilization from various fields and with different fractional makeup. Saccaromyces sp. and Pseudomonas sp. strain microorganisms can grow and utilize oil in wide temperature range (4-35°C), medium pH (4-8,5), increased salt concentration (NaCl up to 7 %).

EFFECT: microorganisms having high ratio of hydrocarbon decomposition and being capable of growth in depleted in minerals nutrient medium containing oil as a single carbon source.
