SUBSTANCE: diaphragm pump comprises heat exchange chamber, compression chamber, and housing whose inner space is separated by the flexible diaphragm into these chambers. The wall of the housing in the compression chamber is provided with the inlet and outlet valves. The inner side of the surface of the housing in the heat exchange chamber is provided with means for heating and cooling. The heat-carrying agent is interposed between the means for heating and cooling and the flexible diaphragm.

EFFECT: reduced cost of pumping.
