FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump, namely to heat pumps, and can be sued for transfer of liquid and gaseous media in, mainly those industries where heated heat carriers represent by-products, both liquid and gaseous. Proposed pump comprises housing, its inner space being divided by diaphragm into lower and upper chambers. Lower chamber accommodates intake and discharge valves communicated with pumped fluid main lines, and pumped medium with air pocket between said medium and diaphragm. Note here that said diaphragm represents a magnetic fluid that moves up and down and is held by circular magnet magnetic field. Diaphragm drive comprises motor and toothed gear. It also includes pressure controller that comprises comparator, setter, electronic amplifier with nonlinear feedback unit and magnetic amplifier with rectifiers on its outputs. It incorporates diaphragm speed controller arranged between aforesaid motor and gears, which represents a set of powder electromagnetic couplings connected to magnetic amplifier, and pressure transducer accommodated inside lower chamber and connected to pressure controller comparator.
EFFECT: lower power consumption, higher accuracy of proportioning pumped media.
