FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: membrane pump includes housing the inner volume of which is separated with membrane into two chambers, upper and lower one. Inlet and outlet valves connected to main lines of pumped medium are arranged in lower chamber. Pumped medium is located in lower chamber so that there is air cavity between the above chamber and membrane. Housing of lower chamber is made from bimetal. Bimetal material on inner side of lower chamber has heat conductivity coefficient which is by 2.0-2.5 times higher than heat conductivity coefficient of bimetal material on outer side of housing. Membrane is made from magnetic liquid located above main lines of pumped medium with possibility of vertical upward and downward movement and retained through air gap with magnetic field of annular magnet. Vertical movement of membrane is performed by means of drive. It includes electric motor and transmission with gear wheels and is equipped with pressure control containing in-series connected comparing unit, setting unit, electronic amplifier with block of non-linear feedback and magnetic amplifier with rectifier on outputs, and membrane movement speed regulator which is installed between electric motor and transmission with gear wheels.
EFFECT: lower energy consumption and higher dosing accuracy.
