FIELD: drying equipment, in particular, apparatuses for performing heat and mass exchanging processes, in particular, drier for dispersion materials used in food-processing, chemical industries and other branches of industry.

SUBSTANCE: drier has drying chamber with branch pipe adapted for introducing of basic material and divided into cylindrical sections with cylindrical-conical inserts placed axially of drying chamber in upper part of cylindrical sections for dividing said chamber into zones. Drier is further provided with tangentially positioned branch pipes adapted for supplying of additional drying agent flow and chamber for discharge of dry product. Cylindrical-conical inserts have different cone opening angles, which are increasing in drier zones from the top to the bottom. Branch pipes for supplying of additional flow of drying agent are tangentially positioned in cylindrical part of inserts.

EFFECT: intensified heat and mass exchanging process.
