FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining HLA-DR+ lymphocyte and IgM immunoglobulin M. Leukocyte migration index is calculated. The values being found within the physiologic norm boundaries after having given treatment, remittent clinical course of disseminated sclerosis is to be predicted. No dynamic changes in HLA-DR+ lymphocyte content, reduced leukocyte migration index and increased IgM level being detected, progressive recurrent clinical course of disseminated sclerosis is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
