FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and represents method for prediction of clinical course of multiple sclerosis (MS) by blood examination, differing by fact that from blood taken from vein leukocytic suspension is selected, then from leukocyte suspension DNA is recovered and by PCR in real time, presence or absence of pathological alleles in polymorphous variants of genes rs1800629 (TNFα) and rs6074022 (CD40) is determined, wherein if observing allele G of polymorphic locus rs1800629 (TNFα) and allele C of polymorphic locus rs6074022 (CD40) shows high average speed of progression of multiple sclerosis.
EFFECT: invention implementation enables more accurate prediction that promotes selecting corresponding strategy of treatment.
