METHOD FOR EVALUATING SAFETY BELT INFLUENCE EXERTED UPON HUMAN ORGANISM WHEN BEING SUSPENDED IN IT FOR A GIVEN TIME PERIOD Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC A61B8/06

Abstract RU 2272572 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves studying microcirculation in lower extremities of a testee on basis of precapillary muscle tone and pulse wave volume. Functional condition of neurohumoral regulation system is determined from cardiac rhythm variability cross-analysis and breathing duration variability. The studies are carried out sequentially: first in rest state when taking parameter values under study as initial values, then, when being suspended in the safety belt, and next to it, in rest state, in which lower extremities microcirculation recovery time of a testee to its initial value is additionally determined. Safety belt design influence degree is evaluated from lower extremities microdynamic parameter analysis results and functional state at rest and when being suspended in the safety belt with lower extremities microcirculation recovery time to its initial value being also taken into consideration. When studying microcirculation in lower extremities Doppler laser flowmetry method is applied for recording Doppler laser flowmetry plot in two points of Xing-jian and Zu-wu-li. Software package for analyzing electrical and mechanical cardiovascular system activity is applied for studying neurohumoral regulation system state.

EFFECT: wide range of functional applications.
