FIELD: materials for electric arc welding, namely powder wire for welding high-manganese austenite and pearlite steels, for example for multi-pass welding.
SUBSTANCE: composition of powder wire including steel envelope and powder charge containing rutile concentrate, manganese, nickel, chrome, marble, fluorine-containing component contains in addition ferrosilicozirconium, ferrotitanium and as fluorine-containing component it contains cryolite at next relation of components, mass %: rutile concentrate, 5 -8; manganese, 6 - 14; nickel, 6 - 9; chrome, 11.5 - 18; marble, 1 - 2; ferrosilicozirconium, 1 - 6; ferrotitanium, 1 - 2; cryolite, 0.5 - 0.8; steel envelope, the balance.
EFFECT: enhanced manufacturing properties of wire, improved efficiency of welding process.
