SUBSTANCE: wire includes steel envelope of austenite chrome-nickel steel and powder core containing, mass %: rutile concentrate, 32.0 - 38.0; fluorspar concentrate, 24.0 - 32.0; chrome oxide, 1.0 - 7.0; metallic chrome, 5.0 - 12.0; nickel powder, 0.5 - 5.0; ferroniobium, 2.0 - 7.0; ferrovanadium, 0.6 - 5.0; ferrosilicomanganese, 4.5 - 7.0; marble, 7 - 13; ferrotitanium, 3.0 - 9.0. Seam metal features high strength against general and inter-crystallite corrosion in aggressive and chemically active media.
EFFECT: high strength, viscous-plastic properties of seam metal, improved manufacturing properties.
