FIELD: opencast mining; opencast transport systems. SUBSTANCE: device has two wheeled truck for mounting loaded and empty dump trucks, parallel inclined rail tracks for trucks mechanically intercoupled by central unit mounted on opencast flank through system consisting of two multiple-reeved pulley blocks. Each truck is component part of movable casing of multiple-reeved pulley block, fixed casing of pulley block being mounted on opencast flank Both trucks have two parallel axles directed square to dump truck longitudinal axis, and support rollers installed with clearance relative to each other to support drive wheels of dump truck. Sheaves of pulley block movable casing are installed on truck for rotation on one open fixed axle directed square to rail track plane, with wire rope passed over sheaves. Drive sheaves mounted on trucks are mechanically coupled with support rollers. Driving sheaves are those of pulley block movable casings whose ratio is four, minimum. Trucks are additionally furnished with axles with support rollers for second dump truck. One pair of axles of support rollers is mechanically coupled by means of shafts with bevel and spring gear pairs with odd sheaves, starting from top, and other pair of axles is coupled with even sheaves of pulley block movable casing. Shafts are mechanically intercoupled, and diameters of sheaves of pulley block movable casings decrease from high- speed to slow-speed sheave.
