FIELD: sealing facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pour-out device coupled with sealing cap is designed for fastening inside neck of vessel. It contains peripheral skirt, pour-out element and means of temporary connection of pour-out device with sealing cap. Peripheral skirt has lower part which can be expanded to radius to provide fixing of pour-out device in neck. Pour-out device has rigid part which can be shifted downwards along axis inside peripheral skirt. Pour-out device contains also device for providing engagement of lower part and rigid part to transform axial displacement of rigid part into radial shifting of lower part.
EFFECT: provision of locking of pour-out device in neck of vessel at light effort, possibility of use with sealing caps of any type.
