SUBSTANCE: device intended for permanent attachment to bottle neck and designed to be closed by corking cap is arranged on axis aligned with that of said neck. Note here that proposed device has axial channel to dispense fluid contained in bottle stopped by crosswise web rigidly attached to proposed device and provided with multiple through channels. Each of said through channels communicates outer hole directed outward of bottle. Note here that least size of said hole is smaller than critical size defined subject to critical strain of material said web is made of, while least size of said inner hole exceeds said critical size. Invention covers also composite corking cap including above described device.

EFFECT: new design of corking cap ruling out whatever swindle refilling.
