FIELD: physicochemical processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovering superfine ground fraction of ammonium perchlorate from suspension in volatile liquid medium while continuously feeding suspension with the aid of peristaltic pump into heated drum, withdrawing vapors therefrom into cooler, collecting and returning condensate into suspension preparation step. Carrying out the process in presence of polyurethane cylinders 30 to 40 mm in height and in diameter prevents adhering of the product on apparatus walls and formation of lumped product. Removal of liquid medium residues in ammonium perchlorate after temperature distillation is achieved through evacuation during which a system of filters is installed upstream of oil vacuum pump.
EFFECT: enabled safe recovery of ammonium perchlorate from suspension with preserved dispersity of product, collection of liquid medium and returning it into process cycle.
