SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cylinder comprises housing with lids and fastening members, telescopic pipe provided with outer lid with fastening member and piston with guides and sealing members, and hollow rod with piston, guiding , and sealing members mounted inside the pipe. The telescopic pipe additionally has external supply and unmovable internal lid with guiding and sealing members. The hollow rod with piston has external supply and internal discharge of fluid and is mounted in the opposite direction to the extension of the telescopic pipe and passes through the back housing of the hydraulic cylinder additionally provided with the guides and sealing members. The longitudinal axes of the rod, telescopic pipe and housing of the hydraulic cylinder are in coincidence and, when the rod or telescopic pipe are completely extended, define the closed circumference.
