FIELD: water heating equipment, possibly used for heating rooms and for taking hot water for domestic needs.
SUBSTANCE: boiler includes housing in the form of water jacket defining fire box and gas duct spaces. In inner volume of boiler there are n=N/10+1 horizontal flat hollow heat exchanging members arranged lengthwise and crosswise. Heat exchanging members are arranged symmetrically relative to axis of inner cross section of boiler and each next member is turned relative to previous one by 90 degrees. End faces of said members are joined with opposite sides of jacket and form closed contour for circulation of heat transfer agent. Between lateral surfaces of heat exchanging members at two sides and inner surface of jacket there are openings with cross section area S = 0.9 -1.1(35 + 1.5 N) sq.cm for passing combustion products. Hatches having lids and heat reflectors are arranged opposite cross heat exchanging members. N- power of boiler, kWt; n -number of flat hollow heat exchanging members; k - number of hatches equal to number of cross heat exchanging members.
EFFECT: intensified heat exchange in fire box and gas duct spaces.
