FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves manometrically recording intracavitary small intestine pressure. Correlation between ratios of pressure decay and buildup and rates of decompression and pressure rise in each unit wave having its amplitude higher than 10 mm if mercury column at the II phase of periodic motor complex is determined. Correlation being equal to 1-0.8, normal case is diagnosed. Correlation being equal to 0.59-0.4, light severity degree is considered to be the case. The value being less than 0.39, marked disorders and neuromuscular intestine apparatus dysfunction is considered to be the case.
EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of diagnosis.
