FIELD: mining industry; extraction of valuable components by density, for example, extraction of noble metals and rare minerals, metals and tin.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes supporting frame, deck plate with riffles used for discharge of light fraction of mixture, drive, deck plate position control system, water supply and distributing system and loading bin. Device is provided with partition-splitter mounted on deck plate for forming gap between deck plate and/or riffles over part of its length; loading bin consists of at least two sections; deck plate is provided with additional riffles whose direction differs from that of riffles used for discharge of light fraction of mixture. Depth of riffles used for discharge of light fraction and additional riffles is no less than 2 mm; deck plate is made in form of parallelogram at acute angle of 75-82°; additional riffles are located at angle of 5-15° relative to one sides of deck plate.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation of minerals by density; increased productivity of equipment.
