FIELD: transport engineering; electric traction vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design units of current collectors for power supply lines of electric traction vehicles. pack of alternating plates made of metal-based powder material and carbon material is placed in housing of trolley. Said plates are arranged by side surfaces square to axis of contact wire, being interconnected in part not liable to wear. Plates made of metal-based powder material are arranged at edges of trolley. Graphitized material is used in carbon material plates. Plates are interconnected by rivets and cover plates made of nonferrous metal. Bracket with plate made of current-conducting material is secured on one of edges of trolley housing at its base. Thickness of bracket plate does not exceed thickness of current-collecting trolley at its maximum wear and its width comes out of limits of pan body. Copper, nickel, carbon, phosphorus, sulfur, lead and iron are included, in definite ratio, into metal-based powder material of plate.
EFFECT: provision of reliable current collecting at unfavorable meteorological conditions, possibility of collecting heavy currents, reduced wear of contact wire, increased service life of pans from mounting to removal of worn-out trolley.
