FIELD: machine building; electricity.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the current collectors of vehicles. Current collector pole consists of a skid case with a contact element installed on it. Housing is made from titanium beam channel and two aluminium supports, on which at least one Romanite-UVLSh current-collecting pad is installed, which is fixed on the housing by means of brass or copper screws. Skid case is fixed on current collector through two extreme aluminium supports with, at least, two screws on each side. Proposed method consists in production of skid case and current-collecting pad. At that, titanium or duralumin channel is produced by bending from sheet or method of casting, and two outermost aluminium supports are made of strip or forging or casting. At least one Romanite-UVLSh current-collecting pad with brushes cut from two sides at an angle and with holes drilled by template by brass or copper screws is installed on the channel. Then, beam channel is cut from both sides at angle by Romanite-UVLSh current-collecting pad.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the current collector wear resistance with simultaneous stabilization of contact pressing at high speeds.
