FIELD: railway transport; rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubrication of axle-boxes. Proposed device for charging axle-box of motor-axial bearing including charging chamber 3 and operating chamber 2 divided by partition 4 with hole 7 has tube 5 whose upper end is arranged in charging chamber and it communicates with atmosphere, and lower end is attached to partition and it communicates with operating chamber. Device contains also oil filler pipe 6 arranged in said tube whose lower end is registered with hole communicating operating and charging chambers, and air pipe 8 one end of which is arranged in upper part of charging chamber and other end communicates with operating chamber. Two identical temperature-sensitive resistors are 9, 10 are fitted on oil filler pipe in zone of operating chamber, each being connected to corresponding comparator unit 11 whose output is connected with signaling unit 12. Middle part of one of temperature-sensitive resistors is at level of end face of air pipe, and the other, higher than end face of said pipe.
EFFECT: provision of in-line checking of oil level in axle box at charging.
