FIELD: industrial inorganic synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid-phase synthesis of complex oxide powders. Powders of invention are obtained by (i) forming charge from equivalent amounts of zirconium, titanium, or their mixture compounds and compound of one or several bivalent metals; (ii) mixing components by means of ultrasonic irradiation in inert organic liquid; and (iii) calcination of mixture at 650-700°C. Titanium compound utilized is titanium oxyhydroxide and zirconium compound is zirconium nitrate while bivalent metal compound is selected from group composed of barium, strontium, and lead nitrates.
EFFECT: lowered synthesis temperature, increased dispersity, acquired monophase state, and increased purity of powders.
