FIELD: building materials industry; methods of production of the cement and the cement additive.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building materials industry, in particular, to the method of production of the cement or the additive to the cement or to the concrete and may be used for production concrete and reinforced concrete at prefabricated, monolithic or prefabricated-monolithic house-building. The technical result of the invention is the increased milling capability, reduced power input and water consumption in production of the cement and the additive, the raised their quality. The above indicated purpose is realized by the method of production of the cement or the additive providing for crushing of the cement clinker and-or the additive in the roller-press mill with the subsequent grinding of the cement clinker and-or the additive in the tube mill. Before grinding exercise action by the alternating pulsing of the electromagnetic field intensity of 105-109 A/m and the pulse duration of(1-10)·10-2 s. At that the grinding in the roller-press mill is conducted up to the grade of particle - 100-1000 microns, and the subsequent grinding of the clinker and-or the additive conduct up to the size of particles of 10-80 microns. In the indicated method there may be used a tube mill with the diameter of 3.2 m and the length of 15 m with grinding balls sizing range: the 1st chamber - the balls with the diameter D - 70 mm and the mass of M - 17 t, D - 60 mm and the mass of M - 18 t, D - 50 mm and the mass of M - 15 t; the second chamber - the balls with the diameter D-30 mm and the mass of M - 80 t. The cement or the additive to the cement obtained by this method are characterized by the following grain contents (in mass %): 80 microns - 5.60 microns - 20, 50 microns - 20, 30 microns - 50, 10 microns - 5.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased milling capability, reduced power input and water consumption in production of the cement and the additive, the improved quality.
