FIELD: building units, particularly door assemblies.

SUBSTANCE: door assembly comprises door frame made of posts, cross-pieces, door having outer leaf and inner leaf formed so that horizontal and vertical dimensions of outer leaf exceeding that of inner door leaf. Door assembly also has hinge means each made as hinge with hinge pin fixedly secured to door frame post from inner surface thereof. Hinge sleeve is fastened to door leaf from inner room side by bail. At least part of door frame post in hinge location area has cylindrical surface with semicircular cross-section and vertical generator. Cylindrical surface axis coincides with hinge pin. The frame post is arranged in plane defining outer wall surface and spaced a distance equal to frame post cross-section radius from wall opening edge. One side of frame post is provided with plate fixedly secured to it and extending transversely to post axis. Another frame post side has rectangular angle member having the first flange secured to post and extending tangentially to extreme point of semi-circle thereof and the second flange parallel to door leaf. The second flange width is equal to half of distance between horizontal outer door leaf dimensions and inner door leaf dimensions. Angle member is provided with slot having width of not less than height of hinge with bail and depth thereof is selected so that angle member does not project beyond outer door leaf surface. The frame post also has the second rectangular angle member having the first flange fixedly connected to end of the first angle member flange and the second flange facing wall opening and installed parallel to the first angle member flange to which the first flange is welded. The bail is of circular shape and provided with plate. Wall is has slots dimensioned in accordance with hinge dimensions.

EFFECT: increased heat-insulation properties of door assembly.
