FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: control device for shut-off and control valve comprises an electric motor, a power reducer with input and output shafts, a manual override, a limit switch block assembly kinematically connected to the output shaft of the power reducer, microswitches, adjusting cams and an additional reducer. The device additionally contains a flat-cylindrical gearbox and a torque limiting clutch located between the flat-cylindrical gearbox and the power gearbox. The electric motor is connected to the flat-cylinder reducer and to the power reducer. The microswitches and adjusting cams are located in the node of the limit switch unit, which is kinematically connected to the output shaft of the power reducer. The additional gearbox is a gearbox with intermediate rolling elements, made in two stages and placed between the output shaft of the power gearbox and the tuning cams.

EFFECT: due to the introduction of an additional gearbox with intermediate rolling elements, the gear ratio increases without increasing the overall dimensions of the device.
