FIELD: central heat supply systems.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises measuring hot water temperature TH at the outlet of the heat exchanger and maintaining it at a given level by changing the flow rate of heating water by means of a control member. According to the method, threshold value of the temperature of cold water TCT, threshold value of the rate of changing of the temperature of cold water VCT, and time delay interval td of the transient process of changing hot water temperature TH are preliminary specified. The actual temperature of cold tap water TC is then measured directly in the inlet branch pipe of the heat exchanger in each cycle of the operation of the system, and the rate of change VC of the cold water temperature is determined from the formula VC = (TCk-1 - TCk)/tc, where TCk-1 and TCk are the temperatures of cold tap water measured in the previous cycle and current cycle, respectively, and tc is the time interval of the cycle equal to 0.1-1 s. When VC exceeds VCT at temperature TC higher than TCT, the flow rate of the heating water is increased up to the maximum value for the time interval td by complete opening of the control member.

EFFECT: enhanced precision and reduced cost of automatic control.
