FIELD: heat-power engineering centralized heating and hot-water supply systems of living and industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: signals corresponding to present magnitudes of technological parameters of complex (temperature, pressure and consumption of heat) and signals corresponding to present magnitudes of output characteristics of complex units are furnished; these signals are compared with rated values and control signals are formed which correspond to differences obtained. Automated hot-water boiler house designed for realization of this method is provided with control processor, flow regulation units and respective control units, as well as with temperature, pressure and flow rate sensors connected with control units and control processor whose outputs are connected to water heating units and flow control units. Method of control of complex provides for flexible program control and automatic adaptation to actions of consumer through correction of temperature conditions and self-adjustment to preset modes of operation. Automated boiler house is made in form of unattended self-adjusting system which provides for automatic maintenance of preset modes of operation. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 31 cl, 8 dwg
