FIELD: direction tracking radar devices.
SUBSTANCE: direction tracking single-pulse radar device has aerial, aerial angular position detectors, receiving unit an calculators performing the task of re-calculation of coordinate system, filtration and formation of control signals to control aerial. High precision of tracking is provided by the fact that evaluated values of bearings of tracked objects are formed not in aerial's coordinate system but in coordinate system connected with carrier. Filtration of errors in position of carrier and platform, onto which platform the aerial is installed, is provided, which in turn provides better stabilization of aerial in space. High stability of tracking of maneuvering objects is provided due to use of signal for controlling aerial, when angle tracking errors are taken into account as well as angular velocities of rotation of as platform and carrier. Direction tracking single-pulse radar device can be used for tracking any modern flying vehicles to provided formation of estimation of their bearings and speeds of changes in speed at high precision under any conditions of application.
