FIELD: computer science, in particular, engineering of control devices, possible use in scientific research and engineering projects where it is required to find optimal values of intensiveness of breakdowns, providing maximal possible readiness of products for utilization with given strategy of their technical maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by realization of mathematical model in detailed and full manner reflecting product functioning process and due to output as output value of calculated values of device readiness coefficient together with breakdown intensiveness value. For receiving aforementioned result device has: two adders, three delay elements and two keys. As a whole device has stepped voltage generator, two non-linearity blocks, two integrators, two splitters, two amplifiers, four adders, two multiplication blocks, comparison block, three delay elements and three keys.

EFFECT: improved precision and information capacity of device.
