FIELD: physics; control.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control devices and can be used to determine optimum values of reliability parameters of articles and calculate corresponding values of time of faultless operation and duration of the process of maintenance of an article. The apparatus comprises a step voltage generator 1 and two sets of functional units which facilitate problem solving. The first set of units includes a first nonlinearity unit 2, a first integrator 3, a first divider 4, a first amplifier 5, a first 6 and a second 7 adder and a first multiplier unit 8. The second set of units includes a second amplifier 9, a third 10 and a fourth 11 adder, a second multiplier unit 12, a second nonlinearity unit 13, a second integrator 14 and a second divider 15. The apparatus also includes a fifth 23 and a sixth adder 24, a comparator unit 16, seven delay elements (17, 18, 19, 25, 26, 27, 28) and seven switches (20, 21, 22, 29, 30, 31, 32).

EFFECT: broader functional and information capabilities of the apparatus owing to calculation and provision as output data of values of time of an operational state and time of maintenance over one maintenance cycle of the article.
