FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a device for cleaning chicken lugs. Device comprises lower transport unit (1), comprising endless conveyor belt (2), tensioned between drive shaft (4) with drive and tension roller (5). Device comprises clamping unit (6) interacting with transport unit (1). Pressure unit (6) comprises endless pressure mesh belt (7) having width corresponding to width of conveyor belt (2) stretched between drive roller (8) and sliding roller (9). Pressure mesh belt (7) moves through drive roller (8) and sliding roller (9) in the same direction as conveyor belt (2). Device is provided with rotary nozzle (10) supplying under pressure cleaning liquid and directed through pressure mesh belt (7) towards conveyor belt (2). Transporting unit (1) contains multiple parallel conveyor belts (2), each of which has shape of interconnected repeating plastic links (11). Each link (11) of conveyor belt (2) comprises central groove (14) and comprises multiple parallel modules of upper clamping unit (6). In each module of pressure unit (6) tension rollers (20) of pressure mesh band (7) are attached to vertical support plate (17). High-pressure nozzle (10) for liquid in each of modules is directed by its outlet through pressure mesh tape (7) in direction of groove (14) of conveyor belt (2) of corresponding module. Each of clamping unit modules (6) contains one high-pressure nozzle (10) for liquid, attached to common collector (18), and is supplied from common collector (18).

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance quality of chicken legs cleaning.
