The vibration insulating members can be made of the top rollers of the movable platform. The top members of the nozzle and movable platform are provided with the sources of permanent magnetic field. The top and bottom rollers of the movable platform are set in pair on the bent top and/or bottom ends of the vertical axles. The axles can freely rotate in the fastenings set on the platform, e.g. ball bearings. The top and bottom rollers of the movable platform can be made of a pair of balls.
