FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves taking blood, separating it into fractions by centrifuging, followed by storing-up packed red blood cells. Blood is taken from a donor in the amount of 450 ml ±10% into container with a preservative added. Centrifuging takes place under 2000 g and higher. Product of separation factor (g) by centrifuging time in minutes is hold within the limits of 28000 to 40000 at 22-24°C. Plasma and leukothrombocytic layer are reinfused and registered operation is repeated by intravenously dripping 0.9% sodium chloride solution in pauses between blood Exfusion, autocomponents reinfusion and thereafter.
EFFECT: reduced production costs.
