FIELD: foundry, possibly casting of semi-finished product for making ceramic articles.
SUBSTANCE: die casting press-mold includes collapsible mold whose working cavity is arranged lower than pressure chamber and communicated with pressure chamber through runners and destructible partition; ventilation ducts. On inner surface of collapsible mold there is recess in transition zone of small cross section to larger one; detachable shaping three-petal insert is mounted in said recess. Parting planes of insert ate matched with ventilation ducts of collapsible mold. Annular step is formed at inlet of working cavity for placing round washer with runners (in the form of Laval's nozzle) mutually inclined by angle 120° along central circle of round washer. The last has central dead opening for fastening member forming inner hollow space of semi-finished product fixed in lower part of its working cavity by means of centering insert. Destructible membrane partition having notches in zone of runner inlets is arranged on surface of round washer. Said partition is fastened by means of pressure chamber casing mounted coaxially relative to round washer in annular step of working cavity. Assembled parts are mounted by sliding fit.
EFFECT: simplified design of press-mold, enhanced quality of complex-shape semi-finished products.
