SUBSTANCE: when carrier radio-channels borrow signaling of ascending communication line, information capacity is borrowed from user bearing channels, network should be notified about amount of data awaiting transfer along temporal data stream, set for user bearing channels. All aforementioned can be realized with utilization of separate reverse count values for each bearing radio-channel, first value of reverse count for bearing channel, for which first temporal data stream was set, and second value of reverse count, pointing out total data volume along bearing channels, borrowing resources, or by calculating total reverse count value, pointing out total data volume along all bearing channels using temporal data stream.
EFFECT: network is provided with information, enough for distribution of resources and lifting loads on communication channels.
