SUBSTANCE: method involves determining hernial sack volume and abdominal cavity volume. The ratio is calculated in percents. Differentiated surgical treatment tactics selection is carried out. The value being less than 18%, lack of respiratory function disorder development risk is to be predicted. The hernial sack is removed without dissection in this case. The value being greater than 18%, respiratory function disorder development risk is to be predicted. The hernial sack is opened in the middle in this case. Integrated posterior vaginal sheet graft is formed together with hernial sack. A graft containing anterior aponeurosis leaf and hernial sack peritoneum on feeding pedicle is produced.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented acute respiratory insufficiency in postoperative period.
