SUBSTANCE: method involves applying natural geothermal vapor of Yangan-Tau mountain as thermal mineral water and gas baths by administering dry air baths during the first 5-7 days at 56-58°C with exposure time of 12-15 min daily. The dry air baths are alternated with air-and-vapor baths during the next 5-7 days at 38-39°C with exposure time of 10-12 min every other day. Daily air-and-vapor baths are given beginning from 10-14 day at 40-42°C with exposure time of 12 min.
EFFECT: marked anesthetic and anti-inflammatory action; normalized hemostasis and rheological blood properties.
