METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF POST-THROMBOPHLEBITIC SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61N5/67 A61H33/14

Abstract RU 2770101 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to physiotherapy, surgery, phlebology, and can be used to treat patients with post-thrombophlebitic syndrome (PTPS). Treatment is carried out, including exposure to laser radiation in the infrared range on the region of the cubital fossae, using matrix emitters. The average pulse power (PP) is 10 W, the pulse repetition rate (PRR) is 80 Hz, the duration of the first procedure is 5 minutes for each area, from the second to the end of the course - 10 minutes. There are 10 daily procedures per course. 2 hours after laser therapy, dry-air carbon dioxide bath (SUV) procedures are carried out in the Reabox installation, where the patient is in a sitting position. Humidified carbon dioxide temperature 30 ºC, gas supply rate 15 l/min, procedure duration 15 minutes, 10 procedures per course of treatment.

EFFECT: method provides correction of microcirculatory disorders in patients with PTPS without the use of additional therapeutic methods due to a combination of exposure to laser radiation in the infrared range and SUV.
