SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to conduct underwater vertebral traction in hydrocarbonate calcium-magnesium water of "Kurghazak" spring at 36-37°C, at duration of about 10-30 min, at the loading of 10-20 kg. Then, in 1.5-2 h it is necessary to continue with applying steam thermal baths at 40-42°C, at duration of about 10-12 min of natural geothermal gases of Yangan-Tau mountain. Therapy course consists of 14-16 procedures. The method increases the tolerance of balneological therapy conducted and widens indications for its applications.
