FIELD: electrometallurgy; production of electrodes with the strongly deposited outer catalytic layer.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of galvanostegy, in particular, to electrolytic deposition of coatings coating based on chromium and may be used for protection of the surfaces of articles against corrosion and wear. The electrolyte contains (in g\l): chromium anhydrite - 150-300; sulfuric acid - 1.5-3.0; di(2-ethylhexyl) dithiophosphoric acid - 2.3-2.7. The technical result of the invention is the increased sputtering and covering capabilities of the electrolyte due to change of conditions for formation and properties of the cathode film with simultaneous reduction of its aggressiveness.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased sputtering and covering capabilities of the electrolyte for deposition of chromium coatings, improved properties of the cathode film, reduced its aggressiveness, improved protection of the coated surfaces against corrosion and wear.
