FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used in machine building for production of coatings with chromium-vanadium alloy on recoverable parts of worn-out parts of machines, in particular, agricultural machines, as well as for tool manufacturing. Electrolyte contains, g/l: chromic anhydride CrO3 80–220, sulfuric acid H2SO4 0.8–2.2, potassium iodide 3–5, Na3VO4 8–30, 1-amino-8-naphthol-3,6-disulphonic acid 0.5–3.0.
EFFECT: high dissipation and coating capacity of the electrolyte, high stability of the electrolyte, high corrosion resistance and low roughness of the coating, high fatigue strength, wear resistance and adhesion of the coating to the base of the steel part.
