SUBSTANCE: the propelled component provided with an engine is accelerated in the bore of the propelling device with the aid of the energy of gases formed by the energy carrier positioned in the engine body and consisting of half-charges of two types, having a lengthened shape, each of them has at least one longitudinal through channel, initiation of the energy carrier is actuated by an igniter, the half-charge of the first type is made of slow-burning pasty fuel, the half-charge of the second type is made of quick-burning fuel and positioned in the longitudinal through channel of the half-charge of the first type, initiation of the energy carrier is actuated by a jet of high-temperature high-pressure gas that is directed from the igniter to the through channel of the half-charge of the second type, the propelled component is provided with an obturator, its outside diameter is within 4.3 to 30 mm.

EFFECT: reduced spread of realized flight parameters, enhanced accuracy, sighting range, enhanced energy capability, reduced consumption of fuel.
