FIELD: medicine, clinic of internal diseases.
SUBSTANCE: at evaluating the state of microcirculation one should carry out biomicroscopic inspection of bulbar conjunctiva to register its picture and evaluate the state of structural units of microcirculatory tract. Additionally, one should measure the parameters of every these units. Moreover, one should calculate the value of partial vascular coefficient Cp vasc, vascular coefficient Cvasc, perivascular coefficient Cpv, partial intravascular coefficient Civ and total conjunctival coefficient CT. In case of any coefficient to be equal to 0 one should diagnose maximally possible affected state of corresponding structural unit of microcirculatory tract. In case of Cp vasc being not more than 6.0, Cvasc - not more than 4.0, Cpv - not more than 3.0, Civ - not more than 9.0, CT - not more than 22.0 it is necessary to diagnose different degree of the lesion mentioned. The innovation enables to increase the accuracy in evaluating the state of microcirculatory tract.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
