METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE STATE OF MICROCIRCULATION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B3/12

Abstract RU 2311115 C2

FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: with a digital photocamera it is necessary to take pictures of conjunctival part at illuminating with a slotted electric lamp at frequency being 24 picture/sec, 5 pictures, totally. The taken pictures should be transmitted to the computer to evaluate the state of vascular conjunctiva. Photopictures and the results of diagnostics should be printed. If the index of the ratio of arteriole's length against a venule being above 1.16, one should observe the increased length in the vessels of microcirculation system If total index of winding (TIW) is above 0.137-0.143 - this takes place at the development of pathology from the side of cardio-vascular system. If the index of circulation intensity (ICI) is below 0.002560-0.002566 this happens due to increased number of nonfunctioning capillaries. If the index of distance between the branches (IDB) is above 280-284 mcm this illustrates the growth of desolation in microcirculation system, that is the pathology of cardio-vascular system. If the average angle of branches' divergence (AABD) is below 73.36-73.37° this illustrates the growth of winding in microcirculation system, that is the pathology in microcirculation. The innovation enables to evaluate the state of microcirculation system, observe in dynamics the character of microcirculatory alterations, establish the relationship of microcirculation values and other parameters that characterize a concrete pathological process.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
