FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: one should measure the values of heart rate, systolic and diastolic arterial pressure, height, body weight, respiratory rate, maximal respiratory delay at inhalation or at expiration by the following formula: Ki=(Hi,max-Hi)/(Hi,max-Hi,H at Hi/Hi,H≥1, Ki=(Hi-Hi,min)/(Hi,H-Hi,min) at Hi/Hi,H≤1, where Ki - standardized value; Hi - the value of measured parameter; Hi,H - the value of measured parameter considered to a norm; Hi,max and Hi,min - maximal and minimal value of the norm of measured parameters. Then standardized health value (K) should be calculated by the following formula: where Ki - standardized value; P - the product of standardized values; N - the number of measures standardized values. The innovation widens the range of means applied for integral evaluation of health state dynamics.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
